These Salted Watermelon Margaritas are guaranteed to offer maximum flavor thanks to freezing ice-cubes or popsicles (take your pick!) in advance to use when serving. No need to cut open a whole watermelon for this recipe because these are prepared with our Watermelon Shift powder—all flavor, no added carbs!

Ingredients:
Ice-Cubes OR Popsicles:
¾ cup purified water
1 packet of Real Ketones Watermelon Shift powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
Margaritas:
Sea salt to rim serving glasses
2 cups ice-cubes
1 cup purified water
1 packet of Real Ketones Watermelon Shift powder
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
¼ cup tequila
Garnish: fresh lime slices
Instructions:
To prepare your ice-cubes or popsicles, whisk the purified water, Real Ketones Watermelon Shift powder, fresh lime juice, and tequila until well-combined. Pour into a silicone ice-cube tray or popsicle mold (with or without the handles or sticks attached) and freeze for at least 4 hours.
To prepare the margaritas, line the rims of 2 serving glasses with sea salt by dipping the rims in water, then swirling on a plate in a thin layer of sea salt. Set upright and fill each glass with 1 cup of ice-cubes, or, halfway full for each glass.
Fill the glasses with the flavored ice-cubes or a popsicle from the freezer.
Whisk the purified water, Real Ketones Watermelon Shift powder, fresh lime juice, and tequila until well-combined and pour equal amounts into each glass. Garnish with a fresh slice of lime.
Serve immediately.
