No need to leave crispy crackers out of your diet when you have these savory Sesame Seed Crisps! We like to reheat ours in a toaster oven just before serving, let us know how you serve yours up!

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup white sesame seeds
¼ cup black sesame seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
2 ounces of extra sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled
¾ cup purified water
1 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
¾ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit and thicken for 15 minutes.
Spread the cracker paste on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place another sheet of parchment paper over the paste and flatten with a rolling pin or a glass jar.
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until dry and crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before breaking into individual crackers.
Remove from heat and serve between 8, storing any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
