¼ cup salted sunflower seed butter
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons erythritol
Dried & unsweetened coconut
Add sunflower seed butter, butter and water to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir in chia seeds and continue stirring until everything is creamy and well combined.
Remove from heat and serve between 2, garnishing with optional dried coconut and cocao nibs.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
