Sunflower Seed Butter Porridge

This porridge combines a few staple ingredients to create a delicious and filling keto breakfast easy to whip up any day of the week. Garnishes such as dried coconut, cocao nibs, or some low-carb blueberries make this porridge extra special!

¼ cup salted sunflower seed butter
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons (Any sugar free sweetener of your choice)
Dried & unsweetened coconut
Cacao nibs


Add sunflower seed butter, butter and water to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Stir in chia seeds and continue stirring until everything is creamy and well combined.

Remove from heat and serve between 2, garnishing with optional dried coconut and cocoa nibs.

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
