Crisp and crunchy romaine lettuce leaves are the perfect substitute for grain-based breads so you don’t have to say goodbye to your favorite sammy! We layered lettuce with turkey, bacon and avocado to create our own turkey club and topped it with some extra veggies, yum!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes to cook bacon
Ingredients:
3 large romaine lettuce leaves
3 slices of deli roasted turkey breast
3 slices of bacon
¼ red bell pepper, seeded and sliced in thin strips
1 medium avocado, peeled & diced
2 medium radishes, chopped
Optional: Ranch dressing
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place bacon strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and layer with a slice of turkey breast, a strip of bacon, red pepper slices, sliced avocado and chopped radish.
Serve with ranch dressing, if preferred, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
