Need something simple for lunch? Our Turkey cobb salad will do the trick! Who wouldn't love all those fresh ingredients?

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
2 slices of bacon
½ cup French green beans, steamed
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
2 slices of deli turkey, rolled up
1 teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 ounces of blue cheese
2 tablespoons of ranch-flavored dressing
Cook bacon in a skillet on medium-low heat until crispy and set aside.
While the bacon is cooking, steam French green beans until soft, about 10 minutes, and set aside.
Layer chopped romaine lettuce in a glass container, followed by cherry tomatoes, deli turkey and cooked bacon.
Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
Add ranch-flavored dressing to a small container and toss into the salad when ready to serve.
