We took your boring Sunday morning breakfast and transformed into this super easy Turmeric breakfast Scramble, garnished in scallions and radishes to give it a little texture!!
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1Tbs. ghee or butter
3 eggs
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried ground turmeric
1 scallion
2 radishes
Instructions:
Whisk eggs, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
Melt ghee or butter in a skillet set to medium-low heat and pour in egg mixture, scrambling with a spatula until cooked through.
Mince the scallion and slice the radishes and gently mix into the scrambled eggs, reserving a small handful to use as a garnish.
Serve immediately.
