Walking Tacos

Serves 4

Grab a fork and make a pack of these Walking Tacos to share with friends the next time you are out and about exploring your city! These bags of delicious low carb goodness are perfect to prep and pack so get your group together and get outside and enjoy every bite!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pound of grass-fed ground beef
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sugar-free taco seasonings
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup full-fat sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 medium avocado, peeled & diced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
4 cups pork rinds

Instructions:

Brown your ground beef in a cast-iron skillet set to medium heat for about 7-10 minutes and season with sea salt, garlic powder and taco seasonings. Turn off the heat.

Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl and toss well.

Add in the browned ground beef and toss well.

Divide between 4 individual chip bags or parchment paper bags that you can purchase from your local market.

Serve immediately with optional additional cilantro storing any leftovers in a glass container for up to 3 days.
