Watermelon Rum Punch

Serves 6  

What’s more festive than a punch served out of a watermelon? You can create this fruity favorite easily and still keep it Keto thanks to our Watermelon Shift packets and using the extract of orange and pineapple. Cheers to that! 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour to freeze watermelon cubes 

 

Ingredients:

1 small watermelon (if serving your punch out of a fresh watermelon) 

1 cup fresh watermelon cubes 

1 packet of Real Ketones Watermelon Shift sticks

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Zest from ½ fresh lime

6 ounces rum

½ teaspoon orange extract

½ teaspoon pineapple extract



Instructions:

1. Slice the top of your watermelon and scoop out its fruit flesh, saving 1 cup of it to use in your punch. 


2. Freeze 1 cup of watermelon cubes until firm, about 1 hour.


3. When ready to serve, add all punch ingredients to a blender and blend on high-speed until completely smooth.


4. Pour back into your watermelon, or over a few ice-cubes in a serving glass.
