Watermelon Sorbet

Serves 2

This sorbet uses fresh watermelon and lime juice and our Watermelon Prime Shift packets, creating a delicious and refreshing sweet treat!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour to freeze

Ingredients:
2 cups cubed watermelon
4 cups ice-cubes
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 packet of Real Ketones Watermelon Prime Shift

Instructions:

Blend all sorbet ingredients on high-speed until it is well-combined and has a slushy consistency. If it is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it is smooth enough to spread into a dish, but not thin so that it loses its sorbet texture.

Spread into a freezer-safe dish and let freeze until firm enough to scoop and serve, but not too frozen so that it is very difficult to scoop.

You can also use an ice-cream to prepare this. Simply add your blended sorbet ingredients to the ice-cream maker and turn on for 30-45 minutes or until thick and frozen.

Serve between 2, storing in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Enjoy!
