Keto French Toast
Breakfast is served and it’s one of our favorites, French toast! We used our Keto Bread recipe to create this family favorite, don’t forget to top it with sugar-free maple syrup and all of your favorite toppings!

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
2 slices of Real Ketones Keto Bread recipe
1 large egg
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Sugar-free maple syrup
Whisk egg, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.
Dip each slice of Keto Bread in the mixture until fully coated.
Fry in a skillet on the stove set to medium-low heat until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately with optional toppings.
